Canadian Paralympic Support

 Petro-Canada is an ongoing supporter of Canada's Paralympic athletes and a national partner for the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games in Whistler, B.C. In partnership with the Canadian Paralympic Committee, we support the Canadian Paralympic Team in several initiatives:
- Canadian Paralympic Team Support — supporting Paralympic athletes and coaches.
- Paralympic Schools Program — "It's the Real Deal," an educational website designed to help young students learn more about people with disabilities, the Paralympic Games and Paralympic sports.
- The Paralympic Equipment Fund — designed to assist local and provincial organizations in delivering effective athlete development programs to the next generation of competitive athletes by increasing the availability of high-performance Paralympic sports equipment.
- Feel the Rush — a Canadian Paralympic Committee website providing details of sport for persons with a disability to learn about the sports best suited to their abilities and interests, and to locate national, provincial, or local sporting associations.
